Worry is a total waste of time. It doesn’t change anything. All it does is steal your joy and keeps you very busy doing nothing.

If you are worrying about something, you are using up your energy on nothing. Worrying doesn’t change the situation. Only actively doing something about it will change it.

Take the initiative. Deal with whatever is worrying you. Confront the issue head on if you can. If it is out of your control, walk away and decide consciously that you have taken charge of how you feel about it. Don’t let the issue into your reality.

Worry does untold damage to your health and it can manifest itself physically within your body. Do not let worry control you and your health.
