Meditation is the act of focused attention on one single thing allowing the constant chatter of thoughts to melt away leaving in its place tranquillity and peace. Regular meditation has many benefits:

Anyone can meditate, it’s easy with a little practice. I run a regular meditation group on Sunday evenings in Dubai, UAE. Beginners, experts and everyone in between are all welcome.

The guided meditation is ThetaHealing® based and will allow you to connect to your inner self and practice the technique of accessing the theta brainwave.

Investment: AED 250 (for six classes – 1 class free)

Location: Arabian Ranches, Dubai
