Anxiety can be a debilitating condition and if not treated can spiral downwards into depression, disease or drama. Take back your power the holistic way with this workshop.

  • Learn how to identify anxiety and your triggers
  • Learn two different breathing exercises designed to calm the mind and body
  • Find a place of calm with a ThetaHealing® meditation that can then be practiced at home
  • Take away a list of positive affirmations that will keep you focused on releasing anxiety
  • Learn how to train your mind to deal instantly with stressful situations when they arise
