Be mindful of your thoughts. It’s easy to manifest but we tend to only notice it when we manifest negative things.

My family and I recently returned home after a month in Scotland. I had noticed that our freezer was overflowing with too many opened but not fully used items. I thought to myself, “I really must get round to cleaning that out and using up all these half empty packs.” I was planning on doing this over the course of a week or so, using the items as side dishes when cooking dinner each night. Subconsciously I knew that I’d really rather not bother as it seemed like a bit of a chore.

However, last night my freezer drawer did not get closed properly by the last person to open it. This was probably me but it’s irrelevant anyway. An audible beep is supposed to sound as a warning that the drawer is not shut which after repeating several times, turns into a continuous beeping. This did not happen so upon getting up this morning I noticed that the drawer was slightly open and everything inside had defrosted.

There was nothing else for it but to cook everything up that was in there, throw out the things that were ruined and give the freezer a good clean.

So you see, be careful of your thoughts. Whatever we think about, we bring that energy to our reality and it manifests and not always in the way we expect. For example if we think, “I’ll never get the job” or “I’ll never be able to lose weight” then you manifest for exactly that to happen. The accidental defrosting of my freezer is just a small and rather trivial example, but if I had instead thought, “I will clear out my freezer on Sunday and it will be a quick and easy task” perhaps I wouldn’t have had a huge cookathon to deal with first thing on a Saturday morning when I’d rather have been relaxing.

Keep your thoughts positive.
